1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Equipment As Part Of The Implementation Of The It Industry Experts Project Aimed At Retrofitting The It Studio. All Delivered Equipment Concluding On The Subject Of The Contract Must Be New, Unused, Should Contain Appropriate, Current And Required Certificates/Quality Certificates/Approvals/Approvals/Declarations Of Compliance Or Markings, Informing About Allowing Sales And Meet All The Requirements Of The Norms Specified In Applicable Law. Such Is Required. Understand Them As Examples, And Consider Together With The Word Or Equivalent Provided That It Is Guaranteed Not Worse Parameters (The Same As Described In Swz Or Better) Than Those Assumed In The Above -Mentioned Documents. The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes Minimal Warranty Periods For The Supplied Equipment And These Periods Do Not Limit The Employer From The Possibility Of Using The Long Warranty Period And Warranty Granted By The Manufacturer Of The Equipment. 2) The Detailed Obligations Of The Contractor Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement - Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract. 3) The Subject Of The Contract Is Co -Financed By The European Union, As Part Of The Project Entitled It Industry Experts, Implemented As Part Of Priority 8. European Funds For Education And Staff In Łódź, Measure 8.8 Vocational Education Of The Regional Program European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Union From The European Social Fund Plus.4) Request To Submit Or Supplement In Question. The Employer Requires The Submission Of The Subjective Measures Together With The Offer To Confirm The Quality Of The Product Of The Offered Product (Equipment) And The Required Features And Parameters Of The Offered Product (Equipment) With The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Order To Verify The Above, The Employer Requires The Submission As A Means Of Evidence: Specification Of The Offered Equipment - Annex 5 To Swz - With Minimal Requirements Indicated By The Contracting Authority. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Information About The Offered Product (Equipment) And Attach It To The Submitted Offer. The Employer Accepts Equivalent Evidence In Question If They Confirm That The Offered Deliveries Meet The Requirements Specified By The Employer. By Equivalent In Question, The Contracting Authority Understands In Particular, Among Others Descriptions, Conformity Declarations, Catalog Cards And Other Documents That Will Confirm The Compliance With Specific Requirements (In Accordance With The Principle Of Conducting Proceedings In Polish, Foreign -Language Documents Must Have A Translation). If The Contractor Does Not Submit The Means Of Evidence In Question Or The Evidence In Question Is Incomplete, The Contracting Authority Will Call For Them To Submit Or Su
