The Scope Of The Task Includes The Supply Of N/In Devices: 1) Mobile Power Generator With A 66Kva/53 Kw Rated Capacity, Esp 73 Kva/58Kw Emergency Power - 1 Pc, 2) Mobile Power Generator With A Rated Power Of 100Kva/80 Kw, Esp 110 Kva/88Kw Emergency Power - 1)) Mobile Power Generator With A Rated Capacity Of 220Kva / 160 Kw, Emergency Power Esp 220 Kva / 176Kw - 1 Pcs. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Presented In The Attached Documentation. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Must Meet The Requirements And Be Consistent With: 1) Polish Standards Transferring European Harmonized Standards, Health And Safety Regulations, 2) Declaration Of Ce (Conformité Europénne), 3) Provisions Contained In Swz And The Draft Contract, Which Is Annex 3 To Swz, 3. The Types Of Equipment And Devices Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Given To Determine The Technical Standard. The Contractor Has The Right To Replace Them By Equipment And Devices With At Least Equivalent Technical Parameters, Provided That The Assumed Technical Standards Are Achieved. In Each Case Of Use In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor Should Assume That Such A Reference Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. The Experience, Which Cites Equivalent Solutions In Relation To Those Described By The Contracting Authority, Is Obliged To Show That The Solutions He Proposed Meet The Requirements Specified By The Contracting Authority. 4. The Quality Guarantee For The Provided Subject Of The Contract Will Be Subject To Assessment By The Employer As One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Requires That During The Warranty And Warranty All Repairs Or Replacements, Covered By The Warranty Or Warranty, Were Made As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration.
