Bids Are Invited For Hiring A Company Specialized In Providing Consulting And Technical Advice Services, Focusing On The Structuring, Implementation, Monitoring And Rendering Of Sports Actions That Enable The Municipality Of São Geraldo To Raise Funds Through The Icms Sports (Established By State Law No. 18.030/2009) And Sports Incentive Laws, Namely: Federal Law No. 11,438/2006 And The State Law No. 20.824/2013. The Performance Of The Contracted Company Should Cover Complete Support To Administrative, Technical And Operational Processes Related To Sports Promotion Mechanisms, With A View To Maximizing The Collection And Legality In The Management Of Public Resources For Sports.

Icms Advisory And Consulting Sports Of Specialized Sports Public Policy Advisory Services, Focusing On Sports Icms (According To Seesp Deliberation) And Sports Incentive Laws (Federal And State), Including: Document Analysis, Training Of The Technical Team And Local Sports Entities, Reporting Monthly Technical Support And Strategic Planning Support And Strategic Planning Of The Actions. The Services Also Include In-Person Visits Every 15 Days, A Workload Of 8 Hours Of Continuous Work And Specialized Remote Service, Available Five Times A Week Through Digital Channels (Email, Telephone And Message Application). The Contractual Term Will Be 12 Months, Focusing On Institutional Strengthening In The Municipal Sports Police And Expanding Financial Results Through Current Legislation.
