Preparation Of A Comprehensive Report On The Conformity Assessment Of The Investment Projects And The Exercise Of Construction Supervision Of The Site Construction/Upgrading Green Infrastructure, And Irrigation Systems, To Reduce The Secondary Dust In The Urban Environment Of Municipal Property Under The Project The Quality Of The Atmospheric Air In The Municipality Of Pernik. 166, Para. 1 Of The Law On Spatial Planning / Zut / And Related By -Laws, As Well As Fulfilling The Obligations Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004. For The Minimum Requirements For Healthy And Safe Working Conditions When Performing Construction And Installation Works, Namely: Evaluation Of The Conformity Of The Prepared Investment Project, In Accordance With Art. 142 Of The Spa; Implementation Of Construction Supervision, In Accordance With Art. 168 Of The Spa; The Quality Control Of The Construction Materials And Products Supplied And Invested In The Construction; Exercise The Quantitative And Quality Of The Completed Construction Works; Monitoring And Documenting All The Circumstances Related To The Construction. In Order To Fulfill Its Obligations, The Contractor Must Submit To The Contracting Authority The Interim Reports On Progress; Reporting Your Activity Through Intermediate And Final Reports; Fulfillment Of The Obligations Of A Safety And Health Coordinator In Accordance With Ordinance No. 2 Of March 22, 2004 On The Minimum Requirements For Health And Safety At Work When Performing Construction And Installation Works. The Provision Of These Services Is For The Following Construction Site: Construction/Upgrading Of Green Infrastructure, And Irrigation Systems, To Reduce The Secondary Dusting In The Urban Environment Of Municipal Property Under The Project Improve The Quality Of The Atmospheric Air In The Municipality Of Pernik, Through The Implementation Of Green Measures.
