The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Purchase Of A Factory New, Medium Rescue And Fire -Fighting Car On A 4X4 Drive Chassis For The Needs Of The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Krzyżowa With Minimal Parameters And Equipment Described In Annex 1 To This Specification. 1 The Required Warranty Period For The Vehicle Delivered Is Not Less Than 12 Months, With The Proviso That Contractors May Grant The Volunteer Fire Brigade In The Krzyżowa Longer Warranty. The Quality Guarantee Starts Running On The Day Of Receipt And Takeover Of The Vehicle Or Receipt Of Equipment By The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Krzyżowa, Which Will Be Confirmed By Signing (Without Comments) Of The Acceptance Protocol. 2 The Delivered Vehicle Will Be Covered By A Minimum Of 24 -Month Warranty For Defects, With The Proviso That Contractors May Grant The Volunteer Fire Brigade In The Krzyżowa Longer Warranty, Whose Race Begins On The Day Of Receipt And Takeover Of The Vehicle Or The Acceptance Of Equipment By The Volunteer Fire Brigade In Krzyżowa, Which Will Be Confirmed By Signing (Without Comments) Of The Reception Protocol. The Warranty Conditions And Warranty Are Specified In Annex 3 To Swz - The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 3 Warranty For Equipment (Movable Equipment) Supplied With A Vehicle - A Minimum Of 12 Months. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Public Procurement Law In A Situation, If The Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Were Included In The Norms, Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, And Such References Were Not Accompanied By An Or Equivalent Expression, The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions Described In Each Such Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, And Technical Reference System. In Connection With The Above, It Should Be Assumed That Each: Norm, Technical Assessment, Approval, Technical Specifications, Technical Reference System Appearing In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Accompanied By Or Equivalent Words. Pursuant To Art. 101 Para. 5 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Contractor, Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Described In These Documents, Is Obliged To Prove By Joining The Relevant Evidence In Question Referred To In Art. 104-107 Of The Public Procurement Law, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract.
