Quotation are invited for Appointment of a Service Provider to Supply and Deliver Refreshments for Fale (King Shaka International Airport), Favg (Virginia Airport), Fapm (Pietermaritzburg) and Farb (Richards Bay Airport) Atsus for 3 Years (36 Months) Detailed Scope of Work 1.2.1. ATNS invites qualified service providers to submit proposals to supply and deliver refreshments for FALE (King Shaka International Airport), FAVG (Virginia Airport), FAPM (Pietermaritzburg) and FARB (Richards Bay Airport) ATSUS for 3 years (36 months). 1.2.2. Supplying and delivering refreshments as the organisations needs. 1.2.3. Ensure timely and scheduled deliveries to the above-listed locations. 1.2.4. Demonstrate capacity to fulfil the contract on a consistent and reliable basis. 1.2.5. Be flexible and able to respond to short-notice refreshment requests. 1.2.6. Deliveries 1.2.6.1. Deliveries must take place within stipulated days, except in emergency circumstances; delivery must be immediately. 1.2.6.2. The service provider shall always remain fully and solely responsible for the timeous delivery of service/goods to ATNS. 1.2.6.3. The provision of logistics, freight forwarding, and courier services to ATNS must include the on/offloading thereof at the service providers own risk and cost to the designated delivery addresses as indicated above. 1.2.6.4. Successful Service providers must supply and ensure their own labour for the discharging of the logistics, freight forwarding, and courier services at the designated ATNS site. 1.2.7. Quality Standards 1.2.7.1. The provision of logistics, freight forwarding, and courier services to ATNS Shall be carried out with best quality and to a high class of workmanship. 1.2.7.2. All work shall be carried out in accordance with the prevailing industry norms and best practices. 1.2.7.3. The service provider shall maintain good housekeeping standards for the duration of the contract. 1.2.8. Quality Tests 1.2.8.1. ATNS may from time to time test the quality of the services, and non-compliance may result in the termination of the contract. 1.3. Appointed Service Providers Responsibilities -9- 1.3.1. The Contractor shall: 1.3.1.1. Provide same-day, weekend, after-hours, public holiday, overnight express, international courier, and ad-hoc logistics services as required. 1.3.1.2. Ensure secure and accurate delivery of all parcels/documents to intended recipients. 1.3.1.3. Perform all work in accordance with ATNS standards, applicable laws, and regulations. 1.3.1.4. Submit monthly proof of delivery with detailed documentation to ATNS. 1.3.1.5. Fully comply with all contractual requirements outlined in this document. 1.3.1.6. Execute any additional reasonable tasks necessary to deliver services on time, within budget, and at the expected quality. 1.3.1.7. Adhere to all relevant SANS standards, OHS Act regulations, and other applicable legislation. 1.3.1.8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations 1.3.2. Staffing and Workforce Management 1.3.2.1. Employ adequately skilled and qualified personnel for service execution. 1.3.2.2. Maintain sufficient staffing levels to meet service-level agreements (SLAs). 1.3.2.3. Ensure all staff remain competent, capable, and properly trained for assigned duties. 1.3.2.4.
