Tenders are invited for Technical and Vocational Education and Training - Nabatieh. Please fill the table below taking all points above in consideration and send back to us by Monday the 13th of October 2025 About Al Majmoua: The Lebanese Association for Development Al Majmoua is the leading and largest Microfinance Institutions in Lebanon. Al Majmoua implements livelihoods program to support employment, entrepreneurship and access to finance to sustain MSMEs About acted acted is an INGO, in Lebanon since 2006, that delivers humanitarian aid and long-term development programs. Its work focuses on governance, protection, and inclusive economic opportunities, with extensive experience in emergency livelihoods and cash interventions. About SIDC SIDC is a female-led LNGO that promotes health, human rights, and social inclusion for vulnerable populations, including youth, minority populations, women, and migrants. SUMOD Project information: The proposed Action aims to support crisis-affected women in the district of Nabatiyeh through short- to medium-term economic opportunities, to support their recovery from the crisis. Specifically, Al Majmoua will deliver technical trainings and provide cash-for-work (CFW) opportunities to 133 crisis-affected women in Nabatiyeh district.The geographical clusters include: Municipality of Nabatiyeh, cluster in Iqlim Al Teffah, cluster in Ansar/Doueir, cluster in Deir Zahrani/Habboush, cluster in Kfar Tebnit, cluster in Kfarsir and a cluster in the district of Marjayoun (mine awareness),. The technical training and Cash for Work approach will not only empower the women financially but will provide them with invaluable technical skills and experience for future livelihood opportunities, as well as positions them as change makers within their respective communities. Duties and Responsibilities Develop competency-based training curricula and training materials for the identified vocational fields. The trainings are expected to be between 5 and 10 Days depending on the proposed training curriculum for each of the identified technical training. Ensure high-quality training delivery to enhance the technical skills of the participants. Complete daily attendance sheets assuring all signatures. Ensure to strictly follow Al Majmoua code of conduct, PSEAH and child protection policy. Deliverable/Training The service provider will be responsible to deliver the following: A detailed training plan and curricula for the following fields: Technical training for Salesperson (70 participants): Customer relationship management (including self-presentation, communication skills, etc), sales strategies and basics of cash transactions and record keeping. Technical Training for Line Cook (24 participants): Food safety, Food preparation, menu planning, HACCP system, recipes practice, Technical Training for Photography and Video editing (10 participants): camera use, lighting, and composition, Video shooting techniques and storytelling, editing skills using professional software, creating visual content for businesses and social media, Technical Training for Social media portfolio management (10 participants): skills to design, organize, and showcase their digital presence strategically across platforms using effective content, branding Technical Training for Event planning (10 participants): practical skills and technical knowledge needed to successfully organize, manage, and execute various types of events (pre-during and post). Design and deliver a comprehensive training program adapted to the targeted women groups Deliver all the training program in the district of Nabatieh Secure a suitable venue for the training sessions with all necessary facilities. Supply necessary refreshments and stationery for the participants. Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments to measure the progress of participants. Agenda of the course for each group. Coordinate with Al Majmoua team about all training sessions. Daily attendance sheets signed by participants and trainers. Pictures of the trainings Weekly training report Training evaluation form at the end of each session. Final training report for each group with table of evaluation and progress status for each participant. Deliver certificates to the participants. Duration of the Assignment The assignment is expected to start on 17 October 2025 and end on 17 November 2025 The exact schedule of the training sessions will be decided in consultation with Al Majmoua 6. Venue and Facilities The service provider will provide a suitable venue for the training sessions. The venue should be: Easily accessible to all participants. Equipped with necessary training aids (e.g., projectors, whiteboards, audio-visual equipment). Comfortable and conducive to learning. 7. Refreshments The service provider will provide refreshments for participants during the training sessions. This includes: Tea/coffee breaks including light snacks. This may change based on the training agenda. 8. Qualifications and Experience The service provider should have: Proven experience in delivering technical training programs Qualified and experienced trainers. Access to suitable training facilities. 9 . Application Process Interested service providers are requested to submit the following: A detailed proposal outlining their approach to the training program. A budget breakdown, including costs for venue, refreshments, trainer fees 10.
