This Is A Framework Arrangement. The Kerava Urban Environment Will Ask For Your Bid For Repair Glazing As An Hourly Charge -Based Invoicing For The Contract Period 2026-2027 To The Extent That This Invitation To Tender Is Present. The Contract Tasks Include The Repair Glazes Of The Real Estate Owned By The City Of Kerava (Later The Subscriber) On The Basis Of Separate Orders. The Subscriber Does Not Commit To Any Order Or Purchase Volume. Tenders Must Meet The Minimum Requirements For Both The Company And The Staff. The Opening Of The Offers Is Not Public. Offers That Do Not Correspond To The Invitation To Tender Or Have Not Been Made Using The Tender Forms Are Rejected. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Reject All Tenders And Does Not Have The Right To Claim Compensation From The Subscribers For Bidding. If There Are More Than One Supplier Of The Same Price And A Eligibility Supplier, The Subscriber May Choose All Of These For The Framework Arrangement, With More Than Three Suppliers Selected For The Framework Arrangement. If There Are Fewer Offers That Meet The Eligibility Criteria Or In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender, The Subscriber Will Select Suppliers Who Meet The Conditions For The Framework Arrangement. If Separate Framework Agreements Are Made With Each Selected Operator. The Framework Agreement Binding On The City Will Not Be Concluded By A Decision On The Procurement, But Only When Separate Framework Agreements Have Been Signed. The Signature Of The Contracts Is Only Possible When The Procurement Decision Is Final. The Procurement Decision, Including The Reasoning, Is Notified To All Parties. However, This Framework Arrangement Does Not Oblige The Subscriber To Obtain The Services Referred To In This Framework Arrangement Solely Through This Framework Arrangement. This Framework Agreement Is Also Available To The Corporate Companies In The City Of Kerava.
