The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Implementation Of Specific Types Of Construction Works, According To The Quantitative-Value Account (Ccs), As Defined In The Attached, Separate Repair Works For: Dismantling Of Existing Roof, New Roof Structure Dry And Maia, Lightning Protection Installation. The Exact Quantities Of Work For Execution Are Individualized In The Enclosed Ccs. In Accordance With Art. 114, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Implementation Of This Contract Will Be Considered As A Deferred Condition - A Deferred Performance, Which Is Bound By The Provision Of Financing By The Contracting Authority. In The Event That No Funds Are Provided For Financing The Construction, The Subject Of The Contract, Each Of The Parties May Request Termination Of The Contract Without Notice, After The Expiration Of A Three -Month Period After Its Conclusion. When No Funding Is Provided After The Expiry Of 10 Months From The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Contract Is Considered Terminated. Performance Deadline-Not Later Than 20 November 2025. The Deadline For Implementation Is Until The Completion Of The Completed Repair, Which Is Certified By The Acceptance And Delivery Protocol, Which Certifies: Quantity Of Construction Works, Quality And Value Of The Work Performed And The Materials Invested, As Well As Whether The Deadline For Implementation Of This Contract Signed By The Parties Is Complied With. ​​​​​​​
