Haskovo Municipality Is A Direct Beneficiary And Applies With The Project Decision, Which Is Carried Out Under A Grant Procedure Bg16fpr002-5.008 Green Measures In The Urban Environment (3) According To The Priority 5 Air Of The Environment Program (2027. Of Fine Dust Particles (Pm10) On The Territory Of 13 Municipalities With Disturbed Air Quality Under This Indicator In The Period 2017-2021. The Secondary Dust Is Contributing To The Registered Excess Levels Of The Pm10. Pos Funding 2021-2027 Will Support Measures For Landscaping In An Urban Environment In Order To Reduce Secondary Dusting. The Focus Is On Kav Through Priority Investments In Plant Species With The Highest Degree Of Efficiency Regarding The Capture Of Pm10 And The Purification Of Air Naturally. The Conditions Of Application And The Conditions For Implementation Under The Procedure Published In The Mis Shall Indicate The Requirements Related To The Preparation, Application And Implementation Of The Projects Under The Said Procedure. This Project Includes Activities For Landscaping The Urban Environment On The Territory Of Haskovo Municipality To Reduce Secondary Dusting, Which Will Contribute To Improving Air Quality By Indicator Of Powder Particles (Pm). Transfer The Construction Of Green Infrastructure To Reduce The Secondary Dust In The Urban Environment, Adding To The Microclimate Of Vegetation) With Tree And Shrub Species, As Well As Grass, Along Busy City Streets/Boulevards, As Well As Public Public Spaces With Open Access (Publicly Available), Including City Parks, Gardens, Squares, Inter -Block Spaces And Others. The Terrains/Sites 77 In Which They Will Be Interpreted Are Public Municipal Property Within The Regulatory Boundaries In The Urbanized Territories In The Settlement Within The Municipality, Which Are Indicated In Annex 4 To This Documentation. Landscaping Activities Are Admissible Under The Priority Of Air Within The Measures To Deal With Secondary Dusting - Green Infrastructure In The Urban Environment. The Focus Is On The Quality Of The Atmospheric Air (Cav) Through Investments In Plant Species With The Highest Degree Of Efficiency In Terms Of Capture Of Pm And Purifying Air Naturally. Investments Are Aimed At Building Green Infrastructure In An Urban Environment (Street Protection And Boulevards, Landscaping Muddy Spots, Etc.) The Design Idea Is In Compliance With The Specific Requirements For The Admissibility Of The Beneficiaries Under The Program.
