Natural Gas - A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Man -Type Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Morawica Commune And Its Organizational Units. The Subject Of This Contract Is The Performance Of A Comprehensive Supply Of High -Methane Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Morawica Commune And Its Organizational Units For Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Concluding The Provisions Of The Sales Agreement And The Agreement For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services (Comprehensive Agreement) And Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Civil Code And Executive Provisions Issued On Their Basis. The Morawica Commune And The Units Listed In Annex 1 To Swz Will Include Separate Contracts Arising From These Public Procurement Procedure In An Open Tender Procedure For The Performance Of Comprehensive Delivery Of High -Methane Natural Gas Type E For The Needs Of The Morawica Commune And Its Organizational Units For The Facilities Indicated In Annex No. 1 To Swz. Gas Delivery Will Take Place On The Basis Of A Contract Containing Provisions Detailed Information Regarding The Conclusion Of Contracts By The Municipality And Its Organizational Units Are Included In Annex 1 To Swz. For The Costs Of Using The Subject Of The Order In The Abovementioned The Period Consists Of: Gas Sales Fee, Subscription Fee, Fixed Distribution Fee And Variable Distribution Fee.
