Wellspring Academy invites proposals from qualified and experienced property valuers or valuation firms to conduct a comprehensive valuation of our schools buildings. Scope of Work The selected valuer will be required to; Conduct a full inspection and valuation of all school buildings and fixed assets. Provide a detailed valuation report in line with national and international valuation standards Ensure the valuation reflects current market value for financial reporting, insurance, or other relevant purposes. Eligibility Criteria: Interested parties must: Be registered and licensed with the Institute of real property Valuers in Rwanda (IRPV) Have a proven track record in property/facilities valuation (preferably in the education sector). Submit copies of certification, business registration, and references from previous clients.
