Senate Properties, Defense Real Estate And Senate Asemaanaet Oy Are Supplying The Provision Of Consulting Services Related To Property Taxation As A Framework Arrangement. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In Annex 1 Of The Invitation To Tender. The Actual Contract Period May Be Extended By Up To Two (2) Of A Maximum Of One (1) Year Of Stock Option. The Option Period Will Enter Into Force Automatically If The Subscriber Does Not Notify The Termination Of The Contract Three (3) Months Before The End Of The Contract/Option Period. The Agreement Will End Without Notice After The Options Are Completed.
