According To The Tendering Act, Ld Funds Are A Body Of Public Law And The Tender Is Implemented As A Public Eu Tender In Accordance With The Rules Of The Tendering Act That Implement The Directive Of The European Parliament And Of The Council 2014/24/Eu. This Means That All Tenderers Who Are Not Covered By The Reasons Of Exclusion And Who Meet The Stipulated Aptitude Requirements Can Make Offers. The Award Will Be Made To The Most Economically Advantageous Offer, Assessed Based On The Best Ratio Between Price And Quality. Since Ld Funds Have Opted Out Of Internal Audit And Do Not Have An Audit Committee On The Board Of Directors, The Elected Audit Partner Must Be Able To Provide Recommendations And Information Through The Administration To The Board Of Directors, Which Would Otherwise Be Expected From An Audit Committee. The Purpose Of The Tendering Process Is To Contract With One Audit Partner Who Can Provide All The Requested Services In Accordance With Applicable Danish Law.
