Quotation are invited for Centralized Printing Services Scope of Services: The printing services may include but are not limited to: Reports, studies, and manuals Brochures, flyers, and leaflets Training materials and toolkits Banners, posters, and roll-ups Business cards, letterheads, and other stationery Any additional printing requirements requested by the REFORM Scope of Services: The printing services may include but are not limited to: Reports, studies, and manuals Brochures, flyers, and leaflets Training materials and toolkits Banners, posters, and roll-ups Business cards, letterheads, and other stationery Any additional printing requirements requested by the REFORM Requirements Interested service providers are required to submit the following information as part of their Expression of Interest (EOI): Company Profile at least 10 years of experience, including the CV of the main designer and photos of the most relevant assignments and at least 5 years experience with NGOs or associations. Registration documents- and valid tax deduction source certificate, with the ability to issue official delivery notes. Portfolio of Work examples of three (3) similar printing jobs (samples in pictures for NGOs or associations) during the past three (3) years, including the level of effort involved. References minimum of three (3) references from the last five (5) years. Declaration of Conflict of Interest. Important Notes: · All six (6) requirements listed above are mandatory. If any requirement is missing, the provider will be immediately disqualified (Fail) and will not proceed to the shortlisting stage. · Prices are not required at this stage. REFORM now invites eligible companies to express their interest in providing the services. Interested companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified and have the relevant experience to perform the services. Companies will be selected based on the criteria included above in order to prepare the Short list. REFORM draws the attention of the interested consultants to the conflict of interest articles included in Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014and its Implementing Regulations or the Guidelines of the Financier. Request for Quotations (RFQs) will be sent to the shortlisted consultants. A Consultant will be selected under Quality- and Cost-Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the provisions of the Public Procurement Law No. 8 of 2014and its Implementing Regulations or the Guidelines of the Financier. Interested eligible consultants may inspect the Request for Expressions of Interest (RFEI) through REFORMS website and obtain further information from REFORM during office hours 08:00 AM- 04:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday at the address given below.
