Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services Review of Organizational Policy Documents Amalna South Sudan Scope of Work The consultant will review and update the following policy documents: 1. Strategic Plan 2021/2025 to 2026/2030 2. Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Manual 3. Financial, Audit, and Donor Compliance Manual 4. Board of Directors Manual 5. Human Resource Manual 6. Safeguarding Policy & Guidelines 7. Risk Management/ Security Manual 8. Operational Policies & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) 9. Gender & Inclusion Policy / Manual 10.Community Engagement / Participation Manual 11.Any other relevant organizational policies/manuals as identified during the process. Deliverables The consultant is expected to deliver the following: Inception report with workplan and methodology. Draft revised policies/manuals for management review. Attend meetings with management as required. Review and Validation workshops facilitation report. Final versions of all revised policies and manuals, both in soft and hard copy. 5. Duration of the Assignment The consultancy is expected to take 30 working days spread over a period of two months, beginning from the date of contract signing.
