The Subject Of The Public Contract For Services Is To Conclude A Framework Contract On The Implementation Of Motor Vehicles Volkswagen (Hereinafter Also Contract) For 3 Years For Service, Mainly Sanitary, Intervention And Other Vehicles (Hereinafter Vw) M. Prague. It Is The Performance Of Comprehensive And Post -Warranty Service, Maintenance, Repairs (Even After Traffic Accidents) Of The Basic Vehicle Of A Number Of Passenger And Commercial Vehicles Of The Vw Manufacturer, Including The Supply Of Spare Parts, Components And Original Accessories For Vehicles. The Subject Of The Contract Is Also Complete Regular Post -Warranty Inspections Of Vw Vehicles With Regard To The Requirements Of Applicable Legislation And According To The Regulations And Recommendations Of Chassis And Basic Vehicles (Vw). More Detailed Conditions Of Performance Are Defined In More Detail Below, Then In The Binding Version Of The Contract (Annex 3 Zd) And In The Specification And Current Overview Of The Fleet (Annex 4 Zd). The Contracting Authority Currently Has Ambulances, Intervention And Other Vehicles Whose Current Overview Is In Annex 4 Zd.
