This Automation Is Indispensable For The Control, Monitoring And Information Provision Of The Purification Process. In Recent Years, The Process Automation (Pa) Has Been Transformed From Management On Clear Electrical Engineering To More Complex And Integral It Techniques. Higher Requirements Are Also Set For It Security. Many Automation Systems On The Sewage Treatment Are Outdated And At The End Of Their Technical Lifespan. To Be Ready For The Digital Future, The Daily Management Of The Water Board Has Decided To Replace The Process Automation Of The Sewage Treatment Sewage-Oriented And Risk-Based In The Coming Years. The Current Process Automation On The 23 Wwwzis Is Being Replaced By Siemens Pcsneo. This Replacement Is Made In -House With Support From The Market. This Support Was Tendered In 2024 And Is Not Part Of The Scope In The Present Tender. A Process Of Approximately 7 Years Is Planned For Replacing Current Process Automation. During This Time The 23 Rwwsis Will Be Converted To The New System. The Size Of The Current Process Automation Will Reduce To Zero During This Lead Time. However, During This Time, Support From The Market Is Still Desirable To Perform Regular Management Work Such As Updates And Adjustments. Desired Situation The Water Board Must Perform Management (Bulk) Activities (Updates/Revisions) And Changes To Current Process Automation During The Phasing Out Of The Current Process Automation, While The Available Own Capacity For This Is Insufficient. In Order To Achieve This, The Water Board Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With Three Permanent Partners, Whereby Occurring Activities Can Be Put Away In Further Quotation Requests.
