1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The 7Th Stage Of The Construction Of A Municipal Pressure Sanitary Sewage Network With Side Branches To The Property Completed With Home Sewage Pumping Stations In The Towns Of Strzyżew Parcele, Strzyżew Wieś, Ręszyce, Strojec, Wola Pasikońska In The Kampinos Commune, Which Provides For A Section Of A Sanitary Sewage Network With A Diameter Of 63 Mm, Transitions Under The Provincial Road (Sections On The Provincial Road Were Made In The Previous Stage), From Plot No. 17/2, Strzyżewo Village To Journal Of Laws No. 4/2, Strzyżew Parcele Precinct, Covering 2 Pcs The Number Of Home Pumping Stations For Stage Vii - 2 Pcs .:1) Dz. No. 6/3, Strzyżew Parcele Precinct; 2) Dz. No. 4/2, Strzyżew Parcele Precinct; 3. The Scope Of Construction Works Includes: A) Setting The Route Of The Section Of The Pressure Sanitary Sewage System, Branches And Pumping Stations, B) Drilling, C) Arrangement Of The Designed Network (In The Subject Scope) In Excavations Or By The Method Of Drilling Controlled With The Arrangement Of Signaling Tapes And Accompanying Elements, D). Execution Of The Sewage Network ( Rinsing), E) Backfilling Of Excavations Along With Soil Compaction, F) Restoration Of The Terrain To The Proper State (Replacing The Soil To The Necessary Extent, Density And Reproduction Of The Surface). 4. Other Requirements Of The Contractor: 1) The Materials Used By The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Brand New And Correspond To The Quality Of The Requirements Of The Products Approved For The Marketing, Use In Construction In Accordance With The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law, And Qualitative And Species Species Determined In The Technical Specifications Of The Performance And Acceptance Of Works. 2) The Contractor Undertakes When Performing The Subject Of The Contract For The Appropriate Organization Of Work So As To Ensure Its Timely Performance. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Provisions Regulating The Investment Process, Including Health And Safety Regulations 4) The Contractor Undertakes To Delegate To Work Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract For The Appropriate Number Of Persons (Staff) With The Necessary Experience, Permissions And Qualifications. Marking. Undertakes To Repair Damage According To The Guidelines And In Consultation With The User/Owner. In The Event Of Failure To Comply With The Above Provision, The Employer May Order The Removal Of Damage To Another Contractor At The Cost And Risk Of The Contractor.9) The Contractor Systematically (At Least Once A Week, Depending On The Situation) And At Its Own Expense Will Remove All Municipal Waste, Debris And Other Building Waste From The Construction Site, To Ensure Order And Will Develop It In Accordance With Applicable Law. If You Do Not Comply With The Above Provision, The Employer May Order Them To Remove Another Contractor At The Contractors Expense. 10
