H; Performing 24 -Hour For 7 Days A Week Of Each Disposal Issued By The Entity Referred To In Article 130A Para. 4 Of The Road Traffic Act, In The Scope Of Removing Vehicles From Roads In The Kępiński Poviat In The Cases Referred To In Art. 130A Para. 1 And 2 Of The Act Of 20.06.1997 - Road Traffic Law And Storage Of Vehicles Removed In A Guarded Parking Lot, Taking Into Account Their Type And Permissible Total Mass, In Accordance With The Estimated Amount Specified By The Contracting Authority: Type Of Vehicle Number Of Vehicle Or Moped 10 Moped 10 Moped 10 Moped For Dmc Up To 3.5T 320 Coats With Dmc Over 3.5T To 7.5T 6) About Dmc Above 16T 10 Hulajna Electric Or Personal Transport Device 6 The Service Must Be Provided In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of 20.06.1997. - Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Interior And Administration Of 22.06.2011. On The Removal Of Vehicles Whose Use May Threaten The Safety Or Order Of Road Traffic, Or Hindering The Conduct Of A Rescue Operation (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 2285 As Amended), The Scope Of Activities Performed Will Include, Among Others: A) Adopting The Disposal Of The Vehicle Removal (Displacement) And Its Transport To The Guarded Parking Lot, B) Organizing The Place Where The Vehicle Was Intended For Removal Specialized Equipment In Vehicles Intended For This (E.G. Fire Brigade, Etc.) Without Collecting Additional Fees, C) Transport Without Additional Remuneration Of Vehicles Removed Pursuant To Art. 130A, And Not Collapsed Within 5 Days From The Date Of Removal To The Parking Lot Indicated By The Contracting Authority, D) Delivery Of The Vehicle To A Designated Guarded Parking Lot, And Unloading And Parking The Vehicle To The Parking Lot, C) Correct Protection Of The Vehicle During The Implementation Of The Entire Subject Of The Contract In A Way That Excludes Its Damage, Devastation Or Loss, D) Issuing A Vehicle From The Parking Lot To The Owner Or An Authorized Person. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete Each Order Of The Disposal Of The Removal (Displacement) And Parking Of The Vehicle, 24 Hours A Day For 7 Days A Week (Also At Night, On Non -Working Days, On Public Holidays) With Ensuring 24 -Hour Telephone Communication. The Contractor Is Obliged To Keep Documentation Related To The Removal And Storage Of Vehicles.
