The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Involving The Reconstruction Of The Heating Network In The Formula Design And Build At The Police Training Center In Legionowo. 2. If The Necessary Application And Obtaining A Certificate Of Lack Of Objection To The Notification Or Other Activities Preceding The Start Of Construction Works, Referred To In The Act Of 7 July 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418), Hereinafter Referred To As The Construction Law, The Contractor Will Perform Them As Part Of This Contract. 4. The Project Should Take Into Account The Technical And Functional Parameters Of The Adopted Material Solutions And Selected Technologies. 5. Technical Documentation And Work Related To The Modernization Of The Network Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Technical Conditions Issued By Pec Legionowo Sp. Z O. O. For The Modernization Of The Existing Heating Network At The Police Training Center In Legionowo, Constituting Annex 4 To The Functional And Utility Program. 6. The Employer Reserves The Right To Introduce Modifications To The Adopted Design Solutions. 7. The Deadline For Making Complete Design Documentation Together With Obtaining The Necessary Opinions, Arrangements, And, If Necessary, Submitting A Notification Or Other Activities Preceding The Start Of Construction Works Is Up To 180 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 8. Heating Network Assembly Diagram In Pre -Insulated Materials Technology And A Construction Project Must Obtain The Approval Of Pec Legionowo Sp. Z O. O.9. The Contractor Is Required To Submit A Heating Network Assembly Diagram In The Technology Of Pre -Insulated Materials And A Construction Project At The Investment And Repair Department Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo. The Head Of The Investment And Renovation Department Of The Police Training Center In Legionowo Will Be Responsible For The Presentation To Agree With Pec Legionowo Sp. Z O. O. Submitted Studies. 10. The Collection Documentation Will Take Place After The Completeness Of The Representatives Of The Investment And Renovation Department And The Approval Of Pec Legionowo Sp. Z O. O.11. The Implementation Of Complete Design Documentation May Not Exceed Pln 1,100,000.00 (In Words: One Million One Hundred Thousand Zlotys 00/100) .12.
