The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) The Implementation Of Opinions And Expert Opinions Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 2) Implementation Of The Map For Design Purposes Or The Basic Map For The Purposes Of Developing Project Documentation, 3) Performing Full -Branch Project Documentation With Detail As For The Executive Project, Together With The Preparation Of Information On Safety And Health Protection, 4) Decisions, Consents And Approvals And Deviations From Applicable Regulations If Necessary; Obtaining Agreement Of Project Documentation With Ohs, Sanepid, Fire Protection Appraisers, Environmental Protection And Other Required Regulations; Preparation Of The Necessary Other Projects, E.G. Traffic For The Time Of Conducting Works, Technical Projects, Workshop And Other Projects, As Well As Conducting The Required Tests, Checks, Measurements, Etc. Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, 5) Performing The Combinations Of Materials And Equipment Of The Object, 6). Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior), 7) Execution Of Construction And Assembly Works Based On Approved Documentation. Design And Based On The Material And Financial Schedule Of The Contract, Which Include, Among Others: A) Preparation Of The Area For Construction Works, B) Preparation Of An Object Existing For Reconstruction, C) Transport And Assembly Of Modules On The Investment Site, D) Installation Of External And Internal Doors, E) Performing Floors With Floors, F) Execution Of Partition Walls, G) Finishing Of The Surface As Design And Equipment. Facility Rooms, I) Execution Of A Driveway For The Disabled (If Necessary), J) Execution Of The Water Supply And Sanitary Sewage System, K) Implementation Of The Electrical And Teletechnical Installation, Including Wifi, L) Performance Of A Fire Installation8) Exercising Authors Supervision, 9) Preparation Of As -Built Documentation, 10) Conducting Acceptance. 3. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract And Its Subject Scope, Including The Scope Of Design Work And Works, Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Also Called Pfu) Together With Attachments And The Draft Contract - Annex 2 To Swz, And In The Scope Of Works Performed, Developed Project Documentation. 4.
