1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Archaeological Research. 2 The Costs Of Making A Local Vision Are Borne By The Contractor. Pursuant To Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Informs That In The Scope Of The Contract, There Are Activities Whose Performance Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1974 - Labor Code, I.E. General Construction Works Including Earthworks - Execution Of Excavations, Backfilling Of Excavations. The Contractor Whose Offer Will Be Selected Will Be Obliged To Submit A List Of Employees Participating In The Execution Of The Contract.
