Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M. P. Of 2025, Item 541), On The Financing System Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Resulting From The Act Of 5 December 2024 On Civil Protection And Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1907). The Contracting Authority Will Annul The Contract For The Award Of The Contract, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance All Or Part Of The Contract, Will Not Be Granted.
