3 A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz.3. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 99 Para. 5 Of The Act, Allows The Assembly Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features That Goods Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Constitute Only A Quality Model For The Subject Of The Contract. By A Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements Of Quality Parameters, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements Of Goods Contained In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, And Manufacturers Websites.
