A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The List Of Minimum Required Technical And Utility Parameters Of Tents Was Described In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 1 To Swz.4. Equivalent Solutions. If The Contracting Authority In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Sources Or A Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, This Should Be Understood In Such A Way That They Are Accompanied By The Term Or Equivalent. It Is Allowed To Offer Equivalent Solutions Described - I.E. Consisting In Their Preservation Of The Same Minimum Technical, Qualitative And Functional Parameters. The Contractor Who Refers To Equivalent Solutions Is Obliged To Show That The Solution Offered By Him Meets The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority. In This Case, The Contractor Attach To The Offer A List Of Equivalent Solutions Along With Its Description Or Standards. In The Case Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, There Are References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Ppl Act, This Should Be Understood In Such A Way That They Are Accompanied By The Term Or Equivalent, The Employer Allows Equivalent Solutions Described, In Accordance With Point 1. In The Case When The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Employer Cannot Reject The Offer Just Because The Offered Works, Deliveries Or Services Are Not Consistent With The Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, To Which The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Applies, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer That The Proposed Solutions Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject.
