The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Comprehensive Cleaning And Maintenance Service In Facilities And Areas Adjacent To The Facilities Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera In Warsaw. Localization Of Cleaning Facilities: Al. Solidarności 76B, Theater Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera, Ul. Obrońców 31, Office Building Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera, Ul. Konopnicka 6, Artistic Pool Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera, Ul. Jagiellońska 88 Hala H30, Magazine Of Costumes And Decoration Of The Warsaw Chamber Opera. The Service Will Include: Cleaning Of Objects, Cleaning The External Area, Maintaining And Care Of Green Areas, Snow Removal Service, Delivery And Ongoing Supplementation Of Cleaning Products, Disinfectants And Monitoring The Correctness Of The Implementation Of Tasks In The Field Of Cleaning. Orders Of Civil Liability Insurance For Business Activity For A Guarantee Amount For One And All Events In The Amount Of At Least Pln 1,000,000 (In Words: One Million Zlotys). Employment: The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Employ Employees Providing Services Under An Employment Contract In The Number Of Full -Time Jobs And The Scope Specified In The Opz - At Least 2 Persons Performing Cleaner Activities/Cleaner Covered By The Subject Of The Contract In A Full -Time Basis (Each Person) On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, Throughout The Contractual Period, In Accordance With Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code.
