Part A: Courier Services1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Provision Of Courier Services For Shipments Up To 50 Kg, In Poland (Part A) And Abroad (Part B), In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex 2 To Swz.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes, In Particular: Receiving From The Contracting Authority, Movement And Delivery In Poland (Part A) Door To Door Mode Of Parcels Containing Documents And Shipments Containing Goods, As Well As Services: Treating Shipments With Particular Caution, So -Called The Service Cautiously, Parcel Insurance, Delivery On The Day Of Posting, Delivery To The Designated Time, By Noon, Confirmation Of Receipt, Confirmation Of Service/Return Using E-Mail, Multi-Soughtness. 3) The Contractor Should Also Designate The Person Responsible For Contact And Cooperation With The Contracting Authority, The So-Called Customer Guardian, Incl. In Terms Of Explaining The Inconsistencies And Doubts Related To The Performance Of The Contract, Issued Invoices, Returns, Etc. The Contractor Will Also Designate A Person Replacing The Clients Guardian, In His Absence. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Collect Courier From The Ordering Party From Places Indicated By Persons Submitting The Order Within 2 Hours Of Receiving The Order Or At A Different Time Set Out With The Person Submitting The Order. The Reaction Time Is Next To The Price Of The Offer Evaluation Criterion. The Contractor May Offer A Shorter Period Of Implementation In Relation To The Abovementioned Deadline. The Contractors Offer, Who Will Offer A Shorter Period Of Implementation, Will Receive Points Under This Assessment Criterion. 8) Place Of Order Implementation: In Terms Of Parts A: Territory Of The Republic Of Poland; In The Scope Of Parts B: Eu Countries And Other Countries In The World. 9) Detailed Terms Of The Contract And Payment Terms Contain A Contract Template Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.10) Invoices For Courier Services Will Be Issued In 7-, 14-Day Or Monthly Cycles. The Contractor Will Attach To The Invoices A Specification With Specifying The Parcels Sent And Possible Return
