Tenders Are Invited For Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Poviat Eldership In Ostróda: Mobile Power Generator, Wood Saws, Lighting Team. Civil And Defense Protection Program For 2025-2026
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For The Needs Of The Poviat Eldership In Ostróda, In The Scope: 1) Part 1 - Delivery Of A Mobile Power Generator, As Described By The Subject Of The Contract - Hereinafter Opz (Annex No. 4A To Swz); The Form Of The Offer Price Calculation (Annex No. 5A To Swz) And Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To Swz); 2. The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular, Includes (Applies To Parts 1 - 3): 1) Delivery Of Factory New Equipment And Equipment Covered By The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter The Equipment), As Described By The Subject Of The Contract (Respectively, Annex No. 4A - 4C To Swz); 2) Delivery Of The Equipment To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Together With Its Loading And Unloading, In Accordance With The Indications Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Respectively Swz); 3) Handing Over To The Employer Warranty Cards, User Manual In Polish For Delivered Equipment And Documents Referred To In Para. 5 Point 6; 4) Ensuring A Free Authorized Warranty Service For Delivered Equipment In Accordance With The Provisions Of § 12 - 13 Of The Draft Contract (Annex No. 3 To Swz).
