1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of Geodetic Works Aimed At Determining And Consolidating The New Boundaries Of The Territorial Division Of The City And The Staroźreby Commune. The Scope Of Work Includes Establishing The Course Of Borders, The Implementation Of The Necessary Divisions Of Real Estate, Resumption/Determination Of Border Points, Preparing Border Protocols And Borders Sketches. 2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes: A) Developing A Preliminary Project To Divide Real Estate On A Copy Of The Basic Map, B) Preparation And Submitting An Application To The Poviat Eldership In Płock And Obtaining A Decision On A Positive Opinion On The Division Of Real Estate, C) Developing A Map Of The Real Estate Division Project And A List Of Changes In Registration Data And A Synchronization List, The Project Map Is To Be Free From The State Resources And Included In The State Resource Geodetic And Cartographic, D) Determination And Consolidation Of New Border Points With Border Marks, E) Submitting A Geodetic Survey To The Poviat Eldership In Płock And Obtaining A Positive Result Of Verification Together With Documents Authentication, F) Preparation And Submitting An Application To The Relevant Authority To Obtain A Final Decision Approving The Division Of Real Estate. 3.
