Oct 2025 The Haretna Consortium, led by the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) in partnership with COSV, The Lebanese Women Democratic Gathering (RDFL), and Tripoli Entrepreneurs Club (TEC), is implementing a project funded by AFD and DANIDA. The project aims to promote economic recovery in targeted neighbourhoods and reduce gender inequalities by strengthening social cohesion, improving access to essential services, protecting rights, and supporting livelihood opportunities. The intervention is driven by a participatory, community-based approach involving Neighbourhood Action Groups (NAGs) in three neighbourhoods: Mina North Lebanon Taameer Saida Tamlis Beirut To increase project visibility and amplify community participation and perceptions of the project across all stages: before, during, and after implementation, the consortium will produce a podcast series featuring voices and stories from the field. The bid is open for individuals and companies passing the eligibility criteria detailed in the RFQ document and annexes.
