Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years demonstrating of annual turnover of a minimum $USD 510.000.00 (financial capacity). In the event that audited financial statements have not been prepared by the bidder, the bidder must indicate, in their letter of bid, their annual turnover for each of the last two years and that they do not prepare annual financial statements. In addition, all bidders shall submit bank statements covering the 24 months to evidence turnover prior to bid submission date. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 30th September, 2025 (11:00 AM Mogadishu Time). Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted for any reason. Bidders who are concerned about arriving on-time the morning of the bid submission deadline are advised to submit their bid early it may be submitted at any time up until the deadline specified above.
