The Municipal Cultural Corporation Of Chillán, In Compliance With Its Mission Of Promoting The Creation, Circulation And Dissemination Of The Arts In The Ñuble Region, Summons The Present Public Tender For The Event “Freestyle 2025” Event, To Be Held At The Chillán Municipal Theater On November 9, 2025. The Freestyle Cathedral Has Established Itself As A Milestone In The Cultural Agenda Of Chillán, Not Only As A High -Level Improvisation Competition, But As A Space For Meeting And Cultural Integration, Where Artistic Expressions, Youth Identity And Territorial Diversity Converge. With This Event, Chillán Seeks To Project As A Benchmark For Urban Culture In Chile And Latin America, Positioning The City In The International Freestyle Circuit. This Tender Aims To Select The Service To Execute All The Logistics, Technical And Administrative Efforts Necessary For The Correct Realization Of The Event, Including The Hiring Of Artists And Jurors, Purchase Of International Passages, Coordination And Contracting Of National Transportation, Round Trip, Permits Or Work Visas, Health Insurance And General Coordination. The Corporation Is The Institution That Will Apply And Execute The Folio 794017 Project Artistic Programming Of The Chillán Municipal Theater For The Ñuble Region, Financed By Mincap And Awarded In Rex No. 1507 Dated 18062025.
