Purchase Of Liability Insurance Service Under The Mandatory Liability Insurance Service Of A Health Service Provider For The Foundation Of The Tartu Ambulance As A Health Care Provider. The Volume And Extent Of The Service Shall Comply With The Conditions Arising From The Aforementioned Law And The Minimum Rates. The Service Volume Is Included In The Civil Liability Of A Health Care Provider In The Course Of The Provision Of Health Care In The Republic Of Estonia During The Provision Of Healthcare Services, Including During The Provision Of Medical Remote Consultation, To Compensate For Damages By The Insurer If The Patient Has Caused Injury Or Injury To The Patient.
