The Savonlinna City Procurement Services Asks To Provide An Offer For Hours Of Construction Work For The Contract For The Contract Period 01.01.2026 - 31.12.2028 + One (1) Optional Optional Optional Opportunity. If The Contract Is Terminated, It Shall Be Made At The Latest Six (6) Months Before The End Of The Contract Period In Writing. When Submitting And Signing The Tender, The Contract Supplier Of The Contract Agrees That The Agreement Will Continue For That Time Limit If The City Of Savonlinna So Wishes. The Jobs Under The Invitation To Tender Include Work At Time Charging Prices. Most Of The New Construction And Renovation Work Is Tendered Separately In Total Price Contracts. Work Projects May Include: Repair Work On Earthworks, Waterbuilding, Street Construction, Water Supply, Green Construction Or Bridges. In Addition, Various Repair, Maintenance Or Maintenance Work May Be Included In The Workshop Contract. The Procurement Does Not Apply To Contractual Construction Contracts. The Invitation To Tender Includes The Delivery Of The Machine And The Driver For The Use Of The Subscriber For Hourly Work. The Subscriber Requires That The Machine, The Driver And The Fuels Are Included In The Hourly Price. The Service Must Comply With The Regulations Adopted Directly By The European Union, The Laws And Regulations Of The Finnish Union And The Authorities. The Offer Is Binding And Is Drawn Up In Finnish. The Procurement Process Is In Full In Finnish.
