Party Area 1 Construction Work To Be Ordered Are Maintenance And Renovation Work, Such As Carpentry Work, Painting, Carpet Work, Carpentry Work And Ceiling Work. Subdivision 2 Electrical Work Eg Luminaire Replacement, Socket Installations. Party Area 3 Lv Work Eg Faucet Changes, Toilet Bowl Replacement And District Heating System Failure Maintenance. Particularly Part 1 Includes Demolition Work (Eg Demolition Of Partition). Orders May Also Include Material And Supplies Purchases And Other Work-Related Purchases. The Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Ordered Work And Is Responsible For The Safety Of The Site And The Obligations Of The Customer Liability Act And The Tax Administrations Disclosure Obligation. The Subscriber Plans To Introduce The Granlund Manager System During The Contract Period, After Which Some Of The Work Is Received, Acknowledged And Accepted In The System. The Subscriber Gives The Supplier The User Rights And The Supplier Undertakes To Adopt The System. The Work To Be Ordered Is Acquired As A Framework Arrangement Based On The Following Areas: 1. Construction Work2. Electrical Work3. For The Lv-Job League Sub-Area, A Framework Arrangement Of Three (3) Suppliers Is Formed. The Subscriber Selects The Three (3) Bidders That Are Best Located In The Comparison For The Framework Arrangement. If There Are Fewer Than Three Tenderers (3), The Framework Arrangement Will Be Selected For All Tenderers And Minimum Requirements For The Tenderers Who Have Submitted An Offer In Accordance With The Invitation To Tender. Emergency Work Can Also Be Tendered Within The Framework Arrangement During The Contract Period. The Subscriber Reserves The Right To Compete, In Particular, The Maximum Value For Significant Value.
