The Lots Can Be Assigned Separately. The Goal Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Company. The Period Of The Dynamic Procurement System (Dbs) Is 4 Years, Starting On January 15, 2026 And Ends On January 14, 2030. Suitable Applicants Who Are Registered In The System Are Requested Within The Dbs To Submit An Offer. The Performance Period Is Generally 1 Year. However, The Request For Offer Is Announced. The Surcharge Is Granted To The Most Economical Offer. The Respective Overall Contingent Is Communicated Separately For Every Request For Offer. The Contract Ends When The Overall Contingent Has Been Reached, Even Before The Respective Performance Period Expires.
