The Buses Offered Must Meet The Requirements: 1) Polish Provisions On The Admission Of Vehicles To Traffic, Contained In Section Iii Of The Act Of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251) And Answer The Conditions Technical Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure And Development Of 30 January 2015 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502); 2) Have A Current Approval Certificate With Attachments Of The Vehicle Type Offered Issued By The Relevant Minister; The Contracting Authority Requires That The Approval Certificate Meet The Requirements Of The Un Regulations No. 107 - Uniform Provisions Regarding The Approval Of The M2 Or M3 Category Vehicles In Relation To Their General Construction (Journal Of Laws. Eu.L.2015.153.1 Of 18.06.2015); 3) To Be Brand New Manufactured In The Year Of Delivery To Have A Minimum Euro Vi Standard. 4) Be Adapted To Polish Climatic And Environmental Conditions, In Particular The Wide Range Of Air Temperatures And Humidity, High Pollution And Pollination Of Air Occurring During Operation; 5) Be Resistant To The Operation Of The Means Used To Maintain Road Passage In Winter, As Well As To The Operation Of Vehicle Washing And Cleaning; 6) Have A Paint Coating With A Strength That Allows Daily Washing Using A Brush Car Wash; 3. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor: 1) Grant The Employer To The Authorization Of An Authorized Service Station (Aso) To Perform Warranty Inspections; A) Before The Expiry Of The Delivery Date, The Contractor Is Obliged To Grant Indefinite Internal Authorization To The Employer To Perform Technical Services (Periodic Inspections) And Warranty Repairs And Not Covered By The Warranty, On The Basis Of A Separate Service Contract.
