The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery, Implementation, Expansion And Integration Of It Systems With Launching E-Services And The Delivery Of A Server With The Operational System For The Księżpol Commune As Part Of The Project Improving The Service Of The Residents Of Mof Biłgoraj Using It Tools .2. The Order Is Divided Into Parts Including: 1) Part 1 Delivery, Implementation, Expansion And Integration Of It Systems With Launching E-Services Includes: A) Purchase Of A Software License Of The Electronic Document Management System. Purchase Of Services Of The Api Development For Ispf Resources) Purchase Of Services For The Development And Implementation Of E-Services In The Field Of Spatial Information3. The Contractor Must Keep In Mind That This Order Is One Of The Series Of Orders Carried Out As Part Of The Project Improving The Service Of Mof Biłgoraj Residents Using It Tools. In This Context, It Is Important To Provide Information Of Public Sector Information (Isp) Digitized As Part Of This Contract On A Common Spatial Planning Platform And Sharing Isp Resources, Which Will Be Launched As Part Of A Separate Order. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For Part 1 - Delivery, Implementation, Expansion And Integration Of It Systems With Launching E -Services Is Described In Annex 8A.5. The Contracting Authority Allows Equivalent Solutions. General Principles Of Equivalent Of Solutions: 1) As Equivalent To A Specified Solution, The Employer Will Consider A Solution For The Same Purpose, Technical, Qualitative And Functional Features Corresponding To The Technical, Qualitative And Functional Characteristics Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Or Better, Marked With Another Trademark, Patent Or Origin.
