Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Postal Services

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Benefit: 1.1. Postal Services In Domestic And Foreign Trading To The Provincial Administrative Court In Łódź In Terms Of Receiving, Movement And Delivery Of Postal Parcels And Return Of Underdeveloped Shipments, 1.2. Correspondence Receipt Services From The Ordering Party, 1.3. Duration Of Domestic And Foreign Cash Transfers. 2. Services Should Be Provided Taking Into Account The Rules Of Service Arising From The Provisions Of The Act Of 30 August 2002 Law On Proceedings Before Administrative Courts (Journal Of Laws 201.935, I.E.) And The Act Of 14 June 1960 Code Of Administrative Procedure (Journal Of Laws 20124.572, I.E.). 3. By Postal Parcels That Are The Subject Of The Contract Are Understood: 3.1. Letter Shipments Not Registered In Domestic Turnover, 3.2. List Shipments With Confirmation Of Receipt And Without Confirmation Of Receipt, In Domestic And Foreign Trading, 3.3. Packet And Courier With Confirmation Of Receipt And Without Confirmation Of Receipt, In Domestic Trade, 3.4. Possibly Other Shipments According To Prices Resulting From The Contractors Price List. 4. Due To The Content Of Judicial Correspondence, The Contractor Undertakes To Exercise Special Diligence Regarding The Protection Of Court Shipments Entrusted To Him Against Destruction Or Violation Of The Secret Of Correspondence. The Contracting Authority Informs That Among The Correspondence Coming From The Court There Are Also Court And Administrative Files Of Cases Recognized By The Contracting Authority And Personal Files. 5. The Data Provided In Annex 2 (Price Form) To Swz Relating To The Number Of Shipments/Services Are Estimated And Do Not Constitute On The Part Of The Ordering Party An Obligation To Send Parcels In The Quantities Given. Specific Types Of Types And Number Of Individual Shipments Under The Services Provided May Change Depending On The Needs Of The Employer. Reducing Or Increasing The Number Of Shipments Does Not Constitute A Change In The Contract. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Employer In The Event That The Estimated Amounts Of Shipments/Services (Specified In Annex 2 Referred To Above) Will Not Be Fully Used Or Exceeded To The Date Of The Contract And As Part Of A Specific Contractual Remuneration. The Contracting Authority Will Pay For The Quantities Of Actually Sent/Completed Shipments/Services. 6. Untilized Types Of Parcels Will Be Valued In Accordance With The Contractors Price List Applicable As At The Date Of Submission Of Offers (Delivered To The Employer Before Signing The Contract). Prices Resulting From This Price List Will Be Permanent During The Period Of The Contract. 7. Shipments Sent By The Ordering Party Will Be Delivered By The Contractor To Any Place In The Country And Abroad, To The Address Provided Or Indicated Address Of The Postal Locker. 8. The Employer Will Place On The Parcels In A Permanent And Legible Manner Clearly Identifying The Addressee And The Sender, While
