Description Of The Subject Of The Contract 4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannas Natural Gas (Group E) For Gas Collection Point/Points According To Annex 1 To Swz - Gas Fuel Supply With Distribution Service To The Ordering Entity, Fuel Demand For Fuel Demand 636 918 Kwh (Basic Order). 4.2. Gas Fuel Should Be Supplied Around The Clock To The Delivery And Receiving Points Listed In Annex 1 To Swz, Which Is A Set Of Gas Devices Used To Connect The Internal Network, Which Is The Property Of The Ordering Party With The Gas Operators Gas Network. 4.3. In The Course Of The Order, The Employer Reserves The Right To Reduce Or Increase The Amount Of Gas Fuel To +/- 10% Relative To The Amount Of Gas Fuel Indicated In Para. 4.1. An Increase Will Occur On The Basis Of The Right Option. The Principles, Scope And Manner Of Using The Above -Mentioned The Above Are Described In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract In § 1 Para. 3 And 4. 4.4. Information On The Subject Of The Order And The Obligations Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Is Included In Annex 2 To Swz - The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract.
