12.1. The Subject Of This Order Is: Reconstruction Of The Road Surface From The Asphalt Mass In The Lubaczów Commune. As Part Of The Order, The Employer Provides For The Application Of The Option Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law Act In The Basic (Guaranteed) Scope, Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: • Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Municipal Road No. 132505R Basznia Lower Pkp Ride In Basznia Dolna Dolna Km 0 + 005 - Km 0 + 095 Stage I: • Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Interior Road Surface Plot No. 522/7, 521/1, 519/4 In The Town Basznia Górna Km 0 + 000 - Km 0 + 145; • Reconstruction Of Poviat Road No. 1682R Lubaczów - Borowa Góra Plot No. 932/1, 364/11, 364/2 In The Town Of Borowa Góra By Hardening On The Section 37Mb: • Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Municipal Road. Jama Km 0 + 127 - Km 0 + 170; • Reconstruction Of The Surface Of The Internal Road Plot Plot No. 473 In Bałaj Km 0 + 183 - Km 0 + 250; As Part Of The Optional Order, It Is Planned To Work In The Following Scope: • Reconstruction Of The Pavement Of The Municipal Road No. 132505R Basznia Dolna Pkp Ride In Basznia Dolna Km 0 + 095 - Km 0 + 0190 Stage Ii: The Scope Of Construction Works Planned To Be Executed As Part Of The Investment Is Set Out In Annex 8 To Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Basic Scope And Reference Range). The Condition For The Employer To Use The Right Option Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Options Resulting, Among Others From Obtaining Savings In The Tender Procedure And From Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Condition Of The Contracting Authority Of The Right Options Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Right Of Options. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Right Of Options, The Contractor Does Not Have Any Claims On This Account. In Connection With The Above, Exercising The Right Of Options, I.E. Submitting The Statement Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Date, The Employer Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Right Of The Option, Unless The Contract Processing Date Is Extended Based On The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of Annex 7 To Swz - The Proposed Contractual Provisions. In The Case Of This, The Deadline For Submitting A Statement On Exercising The Right Of The Option Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Deadline For Completing The Order. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Specified In Annex 8 To Swz. Other Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 7 To Swz.
