The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled Construction Of Monitoring And External Lighting And Retrofitting With New Playground Devices In Krężnica Jarej. 2. The Subject Of The Contract Applies To The Construction Of External Lighting Installation And Video Supervision Installation. Playground And Renovation With The Reconstruction Of The Existing Playground. 3. The Materials Supplied And Used By The Contractor Should Meet As To The Quality, The Requirements Of The Products Allowed To Rotate And Use In Construction, As Defined In Art. 10 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text Of The U. Of 2023, Item 682, As Amended). 9. Performing The Subject Of The Contract And Commissioning Must Also Be In Line With All Legal Acts For The Subject Of The Contract, With Technical And Building Regulations, Applicable Standards And Guidelines.
