The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Van Vehicle, Ready For Use With The Following Parameters: • Number Of Seating: 5-6, • Loading Space: Up To 8 M³, • Length Of Loading Space: Up To 3.70 M, • Width Of The Loading Space To 1.70 M, • Height Of The Cargo Space Up To 1.50 M, • Drive: Preflated Electric Or Hybrid; The Internal Combustion Engine (Gasoline/Diesel) Is Allowed, • Equipment: Air Conditioning, Abs System, Airbags, Parking Sensors - Minimum Rear, Other Standard Safety And Comfort Systems Offered By The Brand For A Given Model, • Carpet Floor Cover In Cleaning, Plus Rubber Rugs. • A Set Of Winter Wheels, • Front Headlights Automatically Turned On, Led Passing Lights, Halogen Road Lights Or Led, Rear Halogen Lights, Interior Lighting Of The Cabin. Ordering Party: On The Day The Vehicle Is Transferred, The Contractor Will Provide A Short Training Of Persons Indicated By The Employer In The Field Of Basic Vehicle Service And Its On -Board Systems. • Guarantee: 24 Months Of A General Warranty, Varnish Warranty - Minimum 3 Years, Guarantee For Body Perforation - Minimum 5 Years. 2. The Subject Of The Order Should Be Brand New, Complete, Ready For Use, Free From Technical And Quality Defects. 3. The Vehicle Must Meet The Technical Conditions Provided For By Legal Provisions In Poland For Motor Vehicles Traveling On Public Roads And The Conditions Provided For By The Provisions Of Community Law In The European Union For Motor Vehicles. 4. The Vehicle Must Be Allowed To Trade In The Republic Of Poland In Accordance With Applicable Law, Including At Least (If The Regulations Do Not Say Otherwise) Must Have: 1) Current Approval Certificate (The Lift Should Be Attached With The Vehicle); 2) The Vehicle Card (If It Requires The Vehicle To Be Attached); 3) Warranty Card; 4) User Manual And Technical Documentation Of The Offered Car In Polish; 5) Documents Specifying The Provisions Of The Provision Services By Authorized Service In The Warranty And Post -Warranty Period.
