1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Purchase Together With The Delivery Of Specialized Computer Hardware And Software In The Field Of Cybersecurity For The Poviat Eldership In Wieliczka And Other Poviat Organizational Units Implemented As Part Of The Cyber-Secure Local Government Project, Which Is Implemented Under European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority: Advanced Digital Services, Action 2.2- Strengthening The National Cyber Security System. The Task Is Implemented Under The Co-Financing Agreement Between The Wieliczka Poviat And The State Treasury, On Behalf Of Which The Digital Poland Project Center Operates To Entrust The Grants With The Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2294/Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2024 As Part Of The Grant Competition, Cyber-Secured Local Government . 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Opz -List No. 5 To Swz.3. The Cost Of Delivery Together With Lodging To The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority Covers The Contractor On Its Own. 4. The Contractor Will Provide And Transfer To The Employee With Receipt From The Contracting Authority Equipment In The Original Packaging With Licenses, Applied Documentation, Warranty, Installation Discs, Controllers, Certificates, Etc. 5. Products That Are The Subject Of The Contract Must Be: A) Brand New; B) Free Of Physical And Legal Defects; C) Supplied In The Original Factory Packaging Of The Manufacturer; D) Delivered Together With A Set Of Standard Documentation For The User In Paper Or Electronic Form; E) In Accordance With Relevant Standards And Other Formal Requirements
