3 The Subject Of The Contract Includes, Among Others, The Delivery And Installation Of Playground And Small Architecture Facilities, 2) Execution Of Demolitions And Dismantling, 3) Performing Preparatory And Earthworks, 4) Performing Fences And Shock Absorbing Surfaces (Hypertrophic Matt), 5) Ordering And Care Of The Area, 6) 6) Geodetic Service The Podgik Adopted For The Resource In Lublin, 7) Order Of An Independent, Specialized, External Control Unit. Conducting An Inspection Aimed At Confirming The Compliance Of The Playground And The Surface With Pn-En 1176 And Pn-En 1177 Standards (The Control Unit Cannot Be Directly Involved In Assembly And Will Not Be Responsible For Any Repair Work And Related Expenses). The Order Should Be Executed Taking Into Account Swz Entries And Contract (Annex 8 To Swz) And In Accordance With The Design Documentation As Well As The Technical Specification Of The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex 10 To Swz.
