A. The Subject Of The Order Is The Retrofitting And Modernization Of Recreational Facilities - Modernization Of The Playground At Ul. Sucharski In Kędzierzyn - Koźle; B. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Following Works: 1) Preparing The Project Documentation Required To Submit A Construction Notification, Obtaining All Approvals, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law; 2) Delivery And Installation Of A Play Kit For Younger Children, In Accordance With The Requirements Indicated In Opz; 3) Making Safety Zones For The Fun Set, In Accordance With The Requirements Indicated In Opz.C. The Execution Of The Contract Also Includes: 1) Informing The Employer About The Current State Of The Task. In Particular Before Each Stage Of Completing Disappearing Work. The Employer Will Control The Way They Are Executed To Verify Whether All Standards Have Been Preserved. If These Conditions Are Not Kept And Doubts Arise From This Fact, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Dismantle The Place Of Disappearing Work And Its Implementation Again In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Perform All These Activities At His Own Expense; 2) The Ordering And Leveling Of The Area After All The Work, The Dug Any Debris Or Other Waste Will Be Developed At Its Own Expense In Accordance With Applicable Regulations. Throughout The Area Covered By The Scope Of Work, In Places Where Earth Defects And Grass Appeared, The Contractor Will Repair These Places And Sowing Grass, To Which He Will Grant A One -Year Warranty Calculated From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Entire Task; 3) Renovations And Repairs Of Any Damage Resulting During The Works, E.G. Destruction Of Pavements Pavement; 4) Transport Of Equipment From The Base To The Place Of Work And Back At Their Own Expense; 5) Providing And Transferring To The Employer Before Starting The Final Acceptance, Certificates Confirming The Performance Of A Play Kit For Younger Children, In Accordance With The Pn Standard - En 1176 - 1: 2017 Or Equivalent. The Contractor And The Offer Are Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party Annex No. 1A Detailed Specification Of Deliveries - Constituting The Content Of The Offer And The Evidence In Question Referred To In Point 11 Swz.E. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Determined In Particular: Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract Included With The Attachments In The Electronic Version On The Website Of The Conducted Proceedings Constituting An Integral Part Of Swz.
