3 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1.1 To Swz 3. The Contractor In The Offer Form - In Annex 1 To Swz, Is Obliged To Indicate The Manufacturer/Software Name/Software Version. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Above Data Specifying The Offered Subject Of The Contract - In A Manner Enabling The Ordering Party To Clearly Identify The Subject Of The Contract Offered By The Contractor. If Necessary An Unambiguous Determination Of The Offered Subject Of The Contract, It Is Required To Indicate Additional Information, The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate It, So That There Is No Doubt For The Parties To The Procedure What Subject Of The Contract The Contractor Offers. The Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Contract Is Seven [7] Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract. 6. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicated In Point 5 Is The Maximum Date For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor May Indicate A Shorter Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, But Not Less Than Three [3] Calendar Days From The Date Of The Contract. Points 19.2.2. Swz Is Used. 7. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Subject Of The Contract Be Launched Within The Time Limit Indicated By The Contractor In The Submitted Offer From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract And To Be Active Until 23.10.2026 The Leicens Will Be Assigned To (Possessed And Used By The Ordering Party) A Purchasing Account. The Identification Unit Will Be Given The Contractor At The Stage Of Concluding The Contract. 8. The Employer Specified The Final Date Of Use Of The License By Indicating A Specific Date, I.E. 23.10.2026 Due To The Need To Unify The Validity Of New Licenses Covered By The Proceedings With The Validity Of Licenses, Which Are Currently Possessed And Used By The Ordering Party.
