Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Equipment For The Implementation Of Tasks In Crisis Situations Under The National Population And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026

1.1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled Purchase Of Equipment For The Implementation Of Tasks In Crisis Situations As Part Of The National Population And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 27, 2025 (M. P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The Financing System Of Tasks In The Field Of Civil Law And Civil Defense, Resulting From The Act Of 5 December 2024 On The Protection Of Population And The Protection Of Population Civil Defense (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907) - Project Construction Of A Civil Defense Magazine In Radymno And Retrofitting With The Necessary Equipment To Carry Out Tasks In Crisis. The Equipment Will Be Used In Rescue, Escapes And In The Organization And Protection Of Water Supply. 1.2. The Implementation Of The Task Will Consist In The Delivery Of A New Range In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Set Out In Annex 1 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Minimum Requirements. 1.3. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The National Population And Civil Defense Program 2025-2026 Adopted By Resolution No. 72 Of The Council Of Ministers Of 27 May 2025 (M. P. Of 2025, Item 541) On The System Of Financing Tasks In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense, Resulting From The Act Of 5 December 2024 On The Protection Of Civilians And The Defense Of Civilians (Journal Of Laws, Item 1907). 1.4. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes Training Conducted By The Contractor In The Field Of Equipment Service For At Least 2 Representatives Of The Employer. The Training Will Be Conducted At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party During Technical And Quality Acceptance. The Contractor Will Draw Up A Report From The Training, And The Contracting Authority Will Confirm Its Conduct. 1.5. During The Warranty Period, All Warranty Repairs And Replacement Of Consumables Will Be Carried Out By An Authorized Service At The Contractors Expense.1.6. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Made Of Materials That Meet The Safety And Health Protection Requirements And Have The Required Certificates, Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance - To The Extent Resulting From Applicable Law For A Given Type Of Product.
