1 The Services Are Provided In Accordance With Article 17 (1) (11), Art. 50, Art. 50A Of The Act Of 12 March 2004 On Social Assistance. 2. The Contractors Tasks In The Field Of Care Services Include, In Particular: 1) Providing Assistance In Satisfying Daily Life Needs In The Field Of Business Services: A) Assistance In Buying Food, Medicines And Other Articles Necessary For The Optimal Functioning Of The Customer And For Running A Household, In Shops/Pharmacies Located Closest To The Clients Residence. Expenses Related To Satisfying The Customers Basic Life Needs, I.E. The Purchase Of Art. Food, Hot Meal, Medicines, Cleaning Products, Art. Hygienic, Etc. Are Incurred From The Clients Financial Resources. B) Settlement Of The Clients Financial Resources At The Disposal Of The Service Person, Including Recording Expenditure In A Manner Determined With A Person Using The Services, Regulating Fees, Including Paying Payment From The Client, For Provided Care Services In A Form Established With The Client And After Receiving The Authorization Issued By The Client. A Copy Of The Payment To The Kp Cash Register Or Confirmation Of The Transfer, The Contractor Will Immediately Transfer To The Customer. C) Keeping The Customers Environment Clean, Including Ongoing Cleaning In A Part Of The Apartment Used By The Client, Launching Garbage. D) Washing Of Personal Underwear And Lightweight Customer Clothing, In Situations Requiring Laundering Bedding) Preparing Simple Meals And/Or Delivering One Warm Meal From The One Indicated By Mops Places And Taking Care Of The Cleanliness Of Table And Kitchen Utensils. - In A Room Where The Customer Stays Most Of The Day And Windows In The Kitchen. I) Dealing With Matters Related To Possible Failures, Repairs Of Installations And Equipment In The Clients Apartment, Including Contact With Administration And Entities Competent To Remove Failures And/Or Carry Out Repairs. Dressing, Washing And Bathing, Eating (Feeding, As Long As Health Requires Such Action), Combing, Cutting Nails, Shaving. Care: A) Preventing The Formation Of Pressure Sores And Chafing.B) Preparation Of Medicines According To Medical Recommendations. Transport For Customer Transport In Demanding Situations, D) Using The Services Of Various Institutions, E) Helping The Client In Movement, Including Using Crane Devices, Platforms, Elevators, Ramps, Lifts And Wheelchairs (Including Electric) And Other Auxiliary Equipment, I.E., Balcony, As Well As Taking Care Of The Top -Up Of Electrical Devices That Require Them To Function. 3. The Contractor Covers All Costs Related To The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Costs Of Work Clothing And Personal Protective Equipment (E.G. Disinfection Fluids, Aprons, Rubber Gloves, Masks, Hosts, Etc.), Adapted To The Scope Of Services Performed And The Costs Of Special Protection Measures - In The Event Of Circumstances Supporting Their Application For The Good Of Persons Using Services And Services,
